# Inbox Apps

Teammates can fully customize the Inbox by using Inbox apps — pieces of UI that can be configured to display tools and data directly in the Inbox.

Here's an example of what the [Salesforce](https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/appstore?app_package_code=salesforce-by-intercom&capability=inbox) Inbox app looks like:

- Link conversations with issue tracking tools
- Connect tickets to issue tracking tools
