# Current Canvas

The `current_canvas` object mirrors the same format as the [Canvas Object](/docs/references/1.1/canvas-kit/responseobjects/canvas), which is returned by Intercom to your web-service.

It's returned to the relevant URLs to specify what the canvas currently looks during the configure flow, and during the submit flow respectively.
