To get the visitor `user_id` from the browser you can use the [Intercom JS SDK](https://docs.intercom.io/configure-intercom-for-your-product-or-site/customize-the-intercom-messenger/the-intercom-javascript-api) following method : `Intercom('getVisitorId')`.
