Create Office Hours Schedule Request

REST API Reference

The request payload for creating an office hours schedule. Any other field, apart from id, is rejected with a 400 error.

namestringrequired

The name of the office hours schedule. It must be unique among the workspace's schedules; a duplicate name returns a 422 error.

Example:"Standard Support Hours"

time_zone_namestring

The IANA time zone the schedule's hours are evaluated in. Optional; defaults to the workspace's time zone.

Example:"America/New_York"

time_intervalsArray of objects(Office Hours Time Interval)required

The open intervals for the schedule. start_minute and end_minute must be on a 15-minute boundary, except for the whole-week interval 0 to 10079. Don't send day_of_week; it is read-only and a request that includes it is rejected with a 400 error.
